If looked after according to our care instructions, many flowers will remain fresh even longer. If you believe your flowers have wilted or faded too quickly within this five-day freshness window, let us know right away so we can assist you.
Refunds and Replacements
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged, doesn’t meet our freshness guarantee, or otherwise falls short of your expectations, we offer two flexible solutions:
